Show i NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING HEAR-ING TO CONSIDER THE RE-ZONING RE-ZONING OF THE WEST ONE-HALF OF BLOCK 5, PLAT "A", SPRINGVILLE, UTAH, AS COMMERCIAL DISTRICT 2. WHEREAS the Springville City Council has been requested request-ed to rezone the West one-half of Block 5, Plat "A", as Commercial Com-mercial District 2, which re-zoning re-zoning would result in the whole of Block 5 being zoned as said Commercial District 2; and WHEREAS this matter has been referred to the Springville Spring-ville City Zoning and Planning Commission for their recommendations; recom-mendations; and ) WHEREAS the City Council Coun-cil must hold a public hearing in connection with said request re-quest for rezoning; NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on Monday, August Au-gust 6, 1962, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. in the Council chambers at the Spi-ingville City Hall, 50 South Main, Springville, Utah, for the purpose of hearing hear-ing recommendations or objections objec-tions in connection with the proposed rezoning of the West as Commercial District 2. Written protests to the proposed pro-posed rezoning may be filed with the Springville City recorder re-corder at 50 South Main Street, Springville, Utah, at any time prior to said hearing.
