Groesbeck heads Kiwanis; tour set tonight W Berton Groesbeck, Plant Superintendent of Reilly Tar and Chemical Corporation, was elected president of the Springville Spring-ville Kiwanis club at their Thursday meeting. A member of the club over 15 years he served as vice-president vice-president last year and has been a member of the board of directors. Other officers who will serve with the new president are Clifford H. Crandall, vice-president; Erwin L. Sheffield, president-elect; Eldon L. Reese, secretary; and Harold L. Bart-lett, Bart-lett, Maurice C. Bird, Paul V. Boman, J. Leonard Harris, H. Taylor Reynolds, Robert J. Sumsion, A. Blaine Wheeler, members of the board of directors. di-rectors. Meet tonight The club will meet tonight at Pacific States Cast Iron Pipe Company's General Office Building, at 7 p.m. The meeting meet-ing will be held in the lunchroom lunch-room with President Keith J.
