Young reader to be heard Sunday evening A special program has been arranged for the MIA session of the Kolob Stake quarterly conference Sunday evening beginning be-ginning at 7 p.m. when Bradley Brad-ley Nygren, 11-year-old Salt Lake City youth, will present from memory the "Life of Jesus" Je-sus" as recorded by St. Matthew. Matt-hew. The talented youngster appears ap-pears as part of the youth program pro-gram of the BYU Adult Center Cen-ter in Salt Lake City under the direction of Grace Nixon Stewart, Stew-art, accomplished dramatic art reader and instructor of BYU and University of Utah. Assisting Bradley with his presentation besides Mrs. Stewart Stew-art are his father and mother and sister. This outstanding program has been presented over 250 times in some of the outstanding universities uni-versities including Yale University. Uni-versity. Bradley appeared on the Ed Sullivan TV show and has read before audiences in stakes throughout the Church in the West, the New England States, California, and numerous numer-ous places throughout Utah. He has been a speech student of Mrs. Stewart since four years of age and began reading the scriptures at five. President and Sister John E. Carr of the New England States Mission said of the reading: read-ing: "Bradley's presentation is a most inspiring and wonderful portrayal of the most beautiful story in print. Not only is it done with professional perfection, perfec-tion, but with deep feeling of love and emotion for its greatness great-ness and worthiness."- |
