Show Fine Yearbook Distributed By Senior High The Springville senior high ; school distributed 500 school annuals to students Tuesday afternoon, under direction of the L 'Artiste staff composed of Judy Allan, editor; Bill Wis-combe, Wis-combe, business manager; Virginia Vir-ginia Murdock, art editor; Grant Clyde, faculty advisor. The book was printed by the Art City Publishing Co. and protographs were by Modern Art Photo. ;: Introduction of the theme, i "The Builders," was introduced j: by the poem by the same title by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. Longfel-low. ; The book was well planned i and carried out the theme ef- i; f ectively in its more than a : , hundred pages. It was the i ; senior high school's first book ! without Junior high activities ' and pictures and it was one of the finest. Advertising by local business houses was well planned and ! interesting, occupying the final , ' pages of the book. I Art photos, snap shots of ! school activities and photo- j graphs of members of each ! , class added interest as did the ' tinted division pages on which i was some fine art work. i . . I! |
