Show Farm Loan Group Names Director At the annual stockholders meeting of the Central Utah National Farm Loan Association Associa-tion held February 22 in Provo, Charles Redd was elected a member of the Board of Directors Direc-tors for a term of three years. Mr. Redd is well known as a livestockman and rancher in the LaSal area of San Juan County. Mr. Redd was recently honored for his good relations with the people of the British Empire and was made an Honorary Hon-orary Member of that country by Queen Elizabeth of Great Britain. The Central Utah National Farm Loan Association serves farmers' and ranchers' credit needs in the counties of Wasatch, Was-atch, Utah, Juab, Emery east of the Clark Valley Guide and Meridian, Grand and San Juan. Officers of the association are: Glenn W. Coffman, Springville, President; T. Le-Grand Le-Grand Jarman, Orem, Vice President; Loan Committeemen J. William Simmons, Charleston, Charles-ton, Heber Eugene Hansen, Benjamin and Mr. Redd of Provo. George W. Brown of Provo is manager of the association. Guest speaker at the meeting meet-ing was Glenn Browne, Assistant Assist-ant Vice President and Regional Region-al Manager of the Federal Land Bank of Berkeley. Other guests present were Land Bank Appraisers N. A. Ogden and A. L. Strong, both of Salt Lake. |
