Week end visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. James G Allen were Mrs. Allen's sisters Mrs. Alice Williams and Mrs. Ella Lidbetter of Cedar City Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Martin returned from a short business trip to Modesto, Calif, where he was accompanied by a business busi-ness partner Myron Hamilton. The Mapleton Lions met for a short business meeting on Thursday evening in Memorial Hall with president Reid Hales in charge. The Lady Lions met the same evening in their club room in the Hall where Rpth Martin was supervising. Mr. and Mrs. E. F. Binks spent the weekend in Idaho where they visited at the home of their son Duane who lives at Lava Hot Springs. Mrs. Carma Frandson and her son Bobby spent the weekend week-end with her brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Jay Durrant in Ogden. |
