Show New Mining Company. Articles of incorporation of the Manti Mining and Developing company of Manti, Utah, were filed with the county clerk of Sanpete county, Saturday, July 19th, 1902. The capital stock is fifty thousand dollars, divided into 500,000 shares of the par value of ten cents Dei- share. The company own a group of four claims, named the Superior, situated about a mile and a half south of Pinto canyon in Iron county, Utah, twenty miles from the railroad station at Modena, on the (). S. L. The property is in that great mineral belt running east from Stateline and Pioche. They have some rich ore in sight, specimens shown around town indicate in-dicate a very good prospect. The officers are J. W. Hoggan, president; presi-dent; A. P. Vorhees, vice-president; E. V. Hardy, secretary; M. F. Earnsworth, treasurer; S. L. Vorhees, II. E. Farnsworth and James Canfield, directors. The principal place of business is Manti. |
