Show Death of Mrs. Laura Tuttle. Mrs. Laura Ann Tuttle died at her home in this city Monday afternoon af-ternoon at 2 o'clock, June 22, 1903. On the morning of the day she died Mrs. Tuttle was in the yard feeding feed-ing the poultry, when suddenly she was seized with a severe pain in the head, and with a scream she fell prostrate to the ground. She was carried to the house and a doctor summoned, who pronounced it a stroke of paralysis. She did not rally from the onset of the stroke, and died in a few hours. Laura Ann Tuttle was the daughter daugh-ter of Jezreel Shomaker, and was born in Bountiful, Utah, Dec. 29, 1848. She was the widow of Joseph Jo-seph Tuttle, son of John Henry Tuttle, who died Oct. 2, 1879. A number or brothers and sisters are left to mourn her death. Her son, Lakey Tuttle, who is in the state of Washington, has sent a message that he will reach home to-morrow. The funeral will be held on Friday Fri-day afternoon. |
