SULTAN AGAIN FORCED TO YIELD Diplomacy Backed by Warships War-ships Changes Attitude of Sick Man Turks Agree to Evacuate Tabah and Other Egyptian Territory Which Has Been Occupied by the Sultans Troops Constantinople Tho Turkish government gov-ernment has accepted tho demand of Great Britain In regard to the Tabah boundary question Tho change In tho sultans attitude must have taken place very lato Saturday Sat-urday night or early Sunday for the grand viziers visit to the Drltlsh ambassador am-bassador Sir Nicholas R OConnor at 11 oclock Saturday night had no Immediate Im-mediate result except to emphasize the fact that the attempts of Turkey to arrange a compromise were useless use-less The grand viziers proposals were unaccepted as were those of Towflk Pasha the foreign minister on tho previous day and Sir Nicholas again pointed out the futility of suggesting sug-gesting modifications of the Drltlsh demands which constituted the absolute abso-lute minimum The Turkish government has agreed to evacuate Tabah and all other places In Egyptian territory which have boon occupied by the sultans troops
