Show HIGH SCHOOL PAPER TO APPEAR TODAY The initial issue of the Salt Lr-ke high school publication, the Red and Black, will make its appearance at both the ci ty schools today. The issue contains six panes and is filled with interesting nws to the school students. A short resume of what the nine Salt Iake high school boys did at the summer encampment encamp-ment of the reserve officers' training corps nt the Presidio will be published. The staffs of eah school have been recently announced by the editors, Charles Smith and Walter Diilie.
