"V. j Parratt, manager. The counties which have started to place their exhibits are Salt Lake. Davis, Utah. "Weber. Boxelder, Cache, Washing- 1 ton. San Juan, Uintah and Iron. Others are expected to swell the list this week. 1 The Victory hall exhibit is also a popular one and very little space is left in the building. I'day. who is advance man for the United States government Victory exhibit, is in Salt Lake making arrangements for the stairing of the government displays which w.li be shown in Victory hall at the fair grounds. With the opening day of the state fair but two weeks off. less than naif the space in the manufacturers' building has been applied for, according to J. S. Ear-ley, Ear-ley, secretary of the Utah Manufacturers' association. During and immediately after the state fair in IMS. there was considerable con-siderable comment among" the manufacturers manufac-turers of the state with reference to outside out-side manufacturers being allowed to exhibit ex-hibit in the manufacturers building. The matter was called to ti'.e attention of the board of directors and they requested the sLate fair commission to allow the building build-ing to be occupied only by U t . : i n : a n u -facturers and also that th.-y be -riven representation rep-resentation on the state fair board. Building Remodeled. Mr. McAllister explainel the benefits to be derived through the exhibition of Utah products and urged that a letter be sent to all Utah manufacturers telling them of the unusued floor space which is at their service.
