SOPHOMORE OFFICERS NAMED AT EAST HIGH A meeting of the sophomore clasa of the East high echool was held yesterday afternoon, at which class officers were elected find plans for a progressive year were laid. Leonard Peers, active in athletics and other activities, was elected president of the class. Miss Vlary Cannon, last year's secretary of the freshman class, was chosen vice president; Paul "Jakes" Caf-fey, Caf-fey, sophomore captain and fullback in the class series of football last yoar, treasurer, and Miss Mary Winder, secretary.
