Show legion oh backs soldie bill Former Service Men's Publication Pub-lication Attacks Selfish Opposition. A strong indorsement of soldier settlement settle-ment is contained in the leading editorial of this week's :ssue of the American Legion Le-gion Weekly, official organ of the American Ameri-can Legion. It is written bv Colonel George A. Whi;e, now editor of tho magazine maga-zine and a former Salt Lake newspaper man. The editorial attacks the selfish opposition of middle western and eastern farmers to the Mondell bill, and advises members of the Legion to watch sharply for the action that concress takes upun the bill.
