The southeast quarter of section seven (7); The southwest quarter of the northwest north-west quarter of section seventeen (17); The north half of the northeast quarter quar-ter and the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section eighteen (18), all in township twenty-seven (27) south of range ten (10) west; The southeast quarter, the east half of tho northwest quarter, the east half of the southwest quarter and lots two, three and four of section eighteen 1 S 1 ; The east half of the northwest quarter, quar-ter, and the west half of the northeast quarter, and the west half of the southwest south-west quarter of section seventeen (17) ; The east half of the west half of section sec-tion nineteen (19); Lota one and two and the east half of the northwest quarter, and the south-i south-i .st quarter of section thirty (30); The east half of the northeast quarter of section thirty-one (31); The west half of the northwest quarter of section thirty-two (32), all in township twenty-eight (28) south of range ten (10) west ; Lots three and four and the south half of the northwest quarter of section two (2): The east half of the southeast quarter and the southeast quarter of the northeast north-east quarter of section ten (10): The west half of the northwest quarter, and the northeast quarter of the northwest north-west quarter of section eleven (11), all in township twenty-nlHe (-9) south, range eleven (11) west; The east half of the northwest quarter, the west half of the southeast quarter, the east half of the southwest quarter, and the northeast quarter of section thirty-five (35); The southeast quarter and the south half of the northeast quarter of section twenty-six (26); The west half of the northeast quarter, the southeast quarter of the northwest I quarter, the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of section twenty-four (24), all in township twenty-eight (28) south, rage eleven (11) west. Salt Lake meridian, and containing twenty-eight hundred and forty (2340) acres, more or less, for the sum of $34,011. And upon the following terms, to wit: Said purchase : price to be applied in discharge of the notes of said deceased, balance cash upon the confirmation of sale by this court. In addition to said sum said bidder has agreed to pay to the court or to the clerk of said court an amount sufficient to defray the expenses of this sale in the event that the same is confirmed to said bidder; as appears from the return of sale filed in this court, has been set for hearing on Wednesday, the 23rd day of July, A. D. 1U19. at 10 o'clock a. m.. at the county courthouse, in the courtroom of said court, in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake county, Utah.
