Show ACTOR MUST PAY WHILE SUIT PENDS Frederick Moore, actor, was ordered yesterday by Judge W. H. Bramel of the Third district court to pay his wife, Pearl E. Moore, $25 a week during the pendency of her suit for divorce. He protested pro-tested that he gets only $60 a week and that not enough would be left for his needs, as he must have new clothes. Mrs. Moore charged Interest in another woman in her complaint, filed several days ago. In an answer Mr. Moore denies all the allegations al-legations of the complaint as to such matters. Testifying that his wife, an American girl, had been cruel to him and finally had deserted him, S. Kawata was accorded ac-corded an interlocutory decree from Mabel W. Kawata. Mary Smith was given a decree from Walter Smith on the ground of desertion, deser-tion, Jeanne Wright from G. W. Wrignt on the ground of nonsupport and Erna P. Smith from Nerriweather B. S-mlth on like ground, while Mika Satovich was given a decree from Pete Satovich on the ground of cruelty. |
