The ladies are to be appropriately dressed for the occasion, with the ex- ' caption of headgear and flag draping, i All ladies will be maids of honor until the exercises open at the park, at which time one will be chosen by impartial Judges and the judgment will be based on the applause received from the people attending the celebration. From the best official information given out, it is believed that more than a hundred ladles will enter the contest. The choice of goddess will be made at the exercises around the flagpole, at the conclusion of the parade. Circulars Issued.
