Show ALLEGED ROBBERS REQUEST ATTORNEYS Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, June 24. Lee Cook, ' Perry Oonahan and Ora Burch, the trio attested to have robbed James Hampton, a Salt Lake taxicab owner, of his car and $i:i0 and recently brought back from St. George by Deputies T. H. Blackburn and Richard Wootton of the sheriff's department, de-partment, will enter their pleas to the I charge of highway robbery at 1:45 o'clock ! Thursday before Judge A. E. Pratt in the district court. The trio were arraigned in the court today and made a request for attorneys. Thcv announced they had no funds and desired the. court to appoint attorneys to defend them? The court appointed Hy-rum Hy-rum Belnap for the two men and W. Hal Farr for Miss Burch. It is stated that Cook and Conahan have expressed the desire to clear the girl in the case of the charges and for that purpose have askd for attorneys. |
