Show New York Plans Cloud Cop Squad; Airmen Sworn In - yEW YOKE, March 28. Plans of lAl the New York police department depart-ment for a "cloud cop" section materialized today, when twenty-six American, British and Trench aviators avia-tors were sworn in in the office of Deputy Polico Commissioner Hodman Wanamakcr as members of tho polico reserves. Colonel Jefferson de Mount Thompson, who will command tlw police aviation squadron, announced that uniforms for tho aerial patrolmen patrol-men had been ordered and that planes would be ordered In "May, at a meeting of airplane manufacturers in Atlantic City.
