The law provides for a license of 5100 to be paid fur conducting; fights. The attorney ge:b ral gave an oral opinion today to-day that under tho law as it now stands, the governor or a"y oilier state official is powerless to interfere with, prevent or stop the fight. The act prevents fights between necroes and whites, and provides that only one license may be issued in one county in one day.
