It is also a source of pride and gratification to all classes of citizens to know that tho ranchmen and farmers of this part of tho country aro just ns enterprising and progressive as their fellows in any other section, and that they arc now in position to sell any number of blooded animals for breeding purposes as well as to send trainloads of cattle, hogs, sheep and lambs to market, thus bringing a stream of wealth into Utah and surrounding states. This is the material point of view. But the exhibition was also a grand success socially. Tho business men of Salt Lake made it a point to get in touch with the exhibitors, and banquets ban-quets and luncheons were given by the various clubs. We are sure that the visitors will return home well satisfied with this feature of the show. We are more than satisfied that the people of Salt Lake enjoyed the exhibition and were glad of the opportunity presented to get acquainted with their guests. |
