Notice: The petition of Bankers Trust company, administrator of the estate of Jose Cortez, Cor-tez, deceased, praying for the .settlement of final account of said administrator and for the distribution of the residue of the estate to the persons entitled and discharge dis-charge of administrator, has been set for hearing on Friday, the 4th dav of April. A. D. 1919, at 2, o'clock p. m.. at the county courthouse, in the courtroom of said court, in Salt -Lake City, Salt Lake county, Utah.
