Show PROSPECTS BRIGHTEN AT NORTH STANDARD Manager John H. Mauson of the North Standard Mining company, operating in the East Tintic district, who was up from the property yesterday, said that the new work was being steadily pushed, with favorable prospects growing steadily brighter. He added that the bottom of the shaft was now in lime, heavily impregnated im-pregnated with spar, a feature that was regarded as encouraging at the present state of development. During the last few days the snowfall in the district has been heavier than usual, assuring an abundant supply of water for all of the properties in this region. Another matter that is held by the North Standard company to be indicative of the interest shown in this particular section of the East Tintic district is that the Chief Consolidated company has recently re-cently started a number of diamond drills on that portion of its property that lies immediately south of the North Standard Stand-ard lines. |
