Tho petition of Juanlta Phelan, administratrix admin-istratrix of the estate of Daniel V. Phelan, Phe-lan, deceased, praying for an order to well the following described personal property of said decedent, to wit: Three Jlu'J.O') United Statos Liberty bonds; twenty $5.00 United States war savings certificated; one certain promissory note executed by Lavlnia F. Taylor in the sum of nine I hundred and ninety-five dollars ($995. 00, I dated the 19th day of June. 1918, payable ! ln installments of J20.00 per month, to I gether with mortgage securing said note: also one certain note in the sum of $1800.00, dated June 21, 1917, executed by 1 Benjamin Sanford and Ella Sanford, payable pay-able June 27, 1920, bearing seven per emu interest, together with a mortgage ho-ouring ho-ouring the same, in which said la hi named note the estate of Daniel W. Phelan, deceased, has a one-half interest; aho an allowance of $100,00 per month to Mrs. C- Phelan; hps b?en set for hearing on Friday, the Hth day of March, A. D. 1919, at 2 o'clock p. m., at the county courthouse, in the courtroom of said court, in ialt Lake City, Salt Lake county, Utah.
