Show KOREANS DEMAND INDEPENDENCE FOR HERMIT KINGDOM , SEOUL. March 12. (Ey the Associated Press.) The-declaration of Korea's independence inde-pendence says it represents the voice of twenty million persons, speaking in the name of justice and humanity. "We are no mean people," the declaration declara-tion continues. ."We have fortv-three centuries of historv as a distinct self- governing nation.
