Williams in Serious Condition, His Mother Is Advised. According to word received by his mother at Coalville, Utah, Ray B. Williams Wil-liams of that town has been seriously 'wounded in action in the fighting in France. Williams, who is 18 years of age, enlisted en-listed In April, 1917, at the local marine corps recruiting office. He went to Mare Island, was transferred to Quantico, Va., for final training, and then went overseas, over-seas, having been in France for nearly a year. 1 Previous to enlistment, he was a farmer, farm-er, working on his mother's property. Mrs. Williams is a widow. |
