Show REAL COMFORT IS MITCBEH FEATURE "Much has been said of the Mitchell's comfort features." remarked Sales Manager Man-ager Campbell of the Utah-Idaho Motor company, local Mitchell distributors, the other day, "and Mitchell owners. a well as those we take out every day in hopes "of making them Mitchell owners, realize that the Mitchell is undoubtedly the most comfortable riding car on the market, at five miles or at fifty miles an hour; on pavement or on country roads; they do not quite understand just what makes it so. "Mitchell cars," continued Campbell, "axe designed just as you would design a car for your own use to be thoroughly comfortable, even on the longest and ordinarily or-dinarily fatiguing ride. The thickly cushioned cush-ioned form-fitting upholstery is built up on deep coiled springs. The - specially designed Cantilever rear springs absorb all jolts; the wheels roll rather than bounce over ruts and bumps. The restful comfort of the upholstery and Cantilever springs is accentuated by the road-smoothing road-smoothing effect of the unusually long wheel base. "And. in addition to the Mitchell's remarkable re-markable features, they are thoroughly simple in oieration. The switchbo-'i rd control, for starting and lighting; the primer pump, to facilitate starting in cold weather; and the horn button are always in easy reach. Then there are the reversible re-versible headlights, a.nd the motor-driven tire pump, found in few, if any, other cars at the same price. "Mitchell cars are built, from the engineer's engi-neer's standpoint, to have the power and flexibility to meet all driving conditions, and to have the strength to withstand the strains of the roughest tra.vel. "And Mitchell spring- but that's a big story in itself." laughed Campbell: "just remember, however, that on 4r,000 Mitchell Mitch-ell cars in operation over three yea rs. not one Mitchell spring has been broken." |
