Arrangements have been triad e for the arbitration board to hold its sessions in the board room of the public library, and the first session for consideration of the wage matter wil he held at 11 o'clock this morning. The board then will continue in session from time to time, to suit the convenience of those interested, until its work has been completed. The sessions of the board will be open. MERRILL CHAIRMAN OF WAGE BOARD At a meeting yesterday oi" the board of arbitration, which Is to settle the question ques-tion of wages between the Utah LJght and Traction company and its motormen and conductors.
