Show BINGHAM cfriZENS SHOW PATRIOTISM Assurances Are That Camp Will Go Far Over Top in Red Cross Drive. Special to The Tribune. BINGHAM, May 22. Largely attended and enthusiastic patriotic meetings were held In Bingham and Copperfield tonight in aid of the Red Cross drive. Governor Bamberger had accepted ah invitation to speak at both meetings, but was unable to be present. Tiie speakers in Bingham were Carl A. Badger and O. R. Dibblee. both or Salt Lake, who appeared at Hie Commercial club and later went to Copperfield, where they spoke again with Eugene Sullivan, A. C. Cole and J. C. Joyce. There is no question that Bingham will subscribe double tile amount of its quota about JS0O0 for the Red Cross, and Copperfield also will go 'far over the top. Friday the Italian residents of Bingham will celebrate the third anniversary of Italy's entrance into the war. There will be a big parade from the Commercial club to Canyon hall at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, fore-noon, and all business houses in Bingham Bing-ham will close from 10 to 11 in honor of tiie celebration. |
