Show TWO PLEAD QUILTY ON LIQUOR CHARGES Pleading guilty to violation of the prohibition pro-hibition law by a sale of liquor at the Belmont hotel on June 2S, J. L. Franklin was sentenced yesterday by Henry C. Lund, justice of the peace, to serve fifteen fif-teen days in the county jail and to pav a line of $150. Ed. Johnson of Bingham pleaded guilty before Frank B. Scott, justice of the peace, to having sold liquor and was also sentenced to 11 fteen days in jail and to pay a fine of $luG. |
