Show BUREAU TO CONSIDER LABOR GRIEVANCES WASHINGTON, July 23. Creation of a bure-ui of labor which will be charged with the settlement of controversies between be-tween coal miners and operators for the period of the war was announced tonight by Fuel Administrator Garfield. At the same time principles upon which the adjustment ad-justment of grievances shall be founded, were made public. John P White, former president of the United Mine Workers of America, and Rembrandt Pealc, a coal operator of central cen-tral Pennsylvania, have been named joint heads of the bureau. |
