Show WILSON MESSAGE APPLAUDED BY THE RUSS DELEGATES By the Associated Press. MOSCOW, Thursday. March 14. President Wilson's message of sympathy to the Russian people was received with marked applause when it was read tonight to-night at the opening session of the all-Russian all-Russian congress of Soviets. The congress con-gress immediately adopted a resolution of appreciation. The resolution reads: "The all-Russian congress of Soviets expresses its appreciation to the American Ameri-can people and first of all the laboring and exploited classes In the United States for the message sent by President Wilson Wil-son to the congress of Soviets, in this time when the Russian Socialist Soviet republic is living through most difficult trials.
