Tlie opier .sa s the registration shall be made by affidavit of the enmy alien r-n uir'-d to re'h-ier, to be executed in triplicate and accompanied by four unmounted un-mounted photo irrap hs of the registrant. The photoirraphb must be not larger than three inches by five inches in f ize. with a light background. Each photograph must be fdgned across tlie face so aa not to obscure the features. Each enemy alien registering shall be required to register his finger prints. When all the rules of the regis.rat:on are complied with each registrant will be issued a card. Tiie order is for the guidance of tlie members of tiie police force, to enable them to aid the enemy aliens in becoming informed as to tiie provisions of the registration. |
