Seven days of solicitation for the faurth Liberty loan have yielded $1,323, 716, 0.iO, and only eleven working days remain in which to raise the remainder of the six billion. Reports compiled, tonight by the treasury, covering receipts up to last Saturday night, showed 22 per cent of the loan had been subscribed and backed up by initial payments.
