Show MANY POSITIONS TO OPEN FOR SOLDIERS OGDEN, Dec. 27. H. W. Beckett Sr., manager of the LTnlted States employment employ-ment bureau, Is receiving applications for positions from the Ogden and Weber county boys at the mobilization and training camps of the country. He said i that he has canvassed the city and has received o.'iO positions that can be given to city and county boys returning from the army and navy, if they care to accept ac-cept them. At present the demand for men to fill the positions Is exceeding the number of applications for help. Applications for positions were received today from Camp Kearny from the following: follow-ing: Elmer Snudgrcen. L. J. Paine, Clinton Clin-ton Herrlck. W. I. Black, William Van Komen and B. WheaUey of Ogden, and C. D. alkor of Eden. |
