Show BUY YOUR CHANDLER CAR THIS WINTER Quigley Tells of Possible Shortage in the Production of AH Automobiles. "Even though the present limitations are lifted and the builders of motor cars are again permitted to build cars in limited lim-ited quantities, with the cessation of actual ac-tual fighting abroad, it will take many months for the motor car industry to readjust re-adjust itself so that private production can go forward on as broad a basis as lias characterized it In time past," says C. A. Quigley. "Tliis is the opinion of the leading motor mo-tor car builders of the country, based on the condition of the Industry as a recent re-cent canvass of it has revealed, but we expect to have many Chandler cars to sell. "Many of the plants building cars are now occupied with war contracts that will take many months to complete, even though no additional government work Is given them. The same is true of the many parts makers over the country, on which the assembling companies are forced to rely for materials. "Everything, therefore, points to a shortage of motor cars that will continue for many months after tho ban on motor car manufacture is lifted, and it is advisable ad-visable to order your Chandler model now. "It will make little difference whether fhe builders of automobiles are permitted to go forward on a limited basis after January 1 or whether they are given carte blanche to build as many cars as they can. "This, automobile makers point out, should convince the prospective buyers of cars that if they can procure the cars they desire to own they should not put off the purchase of them," |
