Show NO PRICE CHANGE , ON NASH AUTOS In the face of the seeming stampede among dealers In motor cars to announce reductions in prices on their lines. Manager Man-ager C. J. Simpson of the Pacific Nash Motor Car company comes forward with a rather unique announcement to the effect ef-fect that the Nash cars will not be reduced re-duced in price for several months at least. Simpson explains this seemingly excep-1 excep-1 tional stand taken by his company on the ground that the Nash cars have been subject to only two $100 price advances since the first of the year, and that these conservative advances were occasioned by necessity, due to scarcity and high prices of materials and labor conditions. These conditions have not been materially affected af-fected recently, nor will they be for many months to come, so that in maintaining the high standard set by the Nash manufacturers manu-facturers in their product, the prices, which are already very conservative, will, of necessity, remain where they are until manufacturing conditions are more favorable. |
