The petition of Mamie Shore "Wood-ard, "Wood-ard, one of the executors of the laat will and testament of Harriet Shore, deceased, praying for an order of salo of real property of said decedent, and that all persons interested appear before the said court to show cause why an order should not be granted to sell so much as shall be necessary of the following fol-lowing described real estate of said deceased, de-ceased, to wit: CommenciiiK at the southeast corner of lot 1, block SO, plat D, Salt Eake City survey, running thence north seven and one -half rods; thence west eiht rods; 1 thence south seven and one-half rods; , thence east three rods; thenco north six roda; thence east two and one-half rods; ! thence south six rods; thence east two and one-half rods to the place of beginning;, be-ginning;, has been set for hearing- on Friday Fri-day the 4th day of January, A.
