The provisional government today to-day decide to solve by radical state socialistic so-cialistic methods the crisis caused by complete lack of manufactured goods. Tomoi row it will issue a decree making M. 1'ieschehonoff , minister of foci and supplies, responsible for furnishing the population fith all indispensable industrial indus-trial products, especially textiles, shoes, soap and kerosene A fund therefor will be put at the minister's minis-ter's disposal by the senate.
