They need some sort of stimulation. They need something to enable them to forget for a time their surrounding conditions. Thev need the soothing effects of TO-PAi TO-PAi 'CO. We've got to see that they get tobacco. An occasional smoke will help them to fight tetter. You must see that smokes are no inconsiderable in-considerable factor in winning the war. it is a fact. AVe must get smokes to them. We musi answer the S. O. K. call from the Sammies in their wretched dugouts. It is completely up to us. tact's not shift the responsibility of our burden. lt's recognize where our duty lies and fulfill it whole-heartedly.
