Show Offi Gil JURY ' KEEPIUGjP G!0 No Arrests Yet Made on Six of Eight Bills Already Returned. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, March 13. At the conclusion of another day's work the grqnd jury this afternoon reported four indictments, three of which were recalled from among the eight returned Monday afternoon. The fourth or new indictment charges John Faulkner with trespass. It is understood that a more serious charge will be I'iled against Faulkner when additional arrests have been made. He was arrested by the police, Monday afternoon. A arrests have not been made on six SZt the eight true bills reported yester-.Jr yester-.Jr day, information as to the identity of the persons indicted is being withheld hy the court attaches. Including today's recalled re-called indictments, the grand jury to date lias returned a total of thirteen true bills and four of the persons indicted are under un-der arrest. Sheriff H. C. Peterson stated today that he is in no hurry to arrest those persons accused in the 'remaining indictments as he is certain they are not going 'to flee the jurisdiction of his office. of-fice. In seeking evidence in the Faulkner case yesterday the police made two additional addi-tional arrests at the Faulkner home on West Seventeenth street. The young man's mother, Mrs. Fannie Wilbur, and Joe Murdock were taken into custody and complaints have been filed charging them with a statutory crime. When arraigned ar-raigned before Judge George S. Barker this morning they were held for trial under un-der bonds of $500 each. The date of the preliminary trial was not fixed. |
