Sucfli agreements agree-ments for closer co-operation In war activities ac-tivities as may be entered into by Viscount Vis-count Ishii, head of the Japanese mission, mis-sion, and Secretary McAdoo will be bas.ed largely upon the conferences between Vice Admiral Takeshita and American naval officers.
