Show OGDEN IS fM Stage Is Set for Big Rush Which Is Expected on June 5. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, May 20. Two places of registration regis-tration in two of the larger votinj? districts dis-tricts of the city have been provided in connection with the plans for selective draft on registration day, June 5, according accord-ing to the completed plans announced by City Recorder Walter Richey today. The list of regular registration agents, together to-gether with the assistant registrars who will serve June 5, has been approved by Governor Simon Bamberger. During the past week it has been necessary nec-essary to employ another deputy clerk in the recorder's office to look after the large number of registrations that are being be-ing made in advance. The number has averaged about thirty a day and most of those registering in advance are railroad men or other workers who cannot be in the city June 5. Many registration cards have also been filled out for tiling in districts dis-tricts outside of Ogden. It was discovered here today that the rules and regulations sent out by the war department are not being interpreted in the same manner throughout the country. Persons who will be out of the city and have filed their registration cards in advance ad-vance will not receive their certificate until June 5, according to the plan in effect ef-fect in this city. In variance with this, several Ogden men who have sent registration regis-tration cards to other states have received re-ceived the blue certificate by return mail. Mayor A. R. Hey wood said he would insist in-sist on "the withholding of certificates until un-til June 5.
