I Recent developments In the properties '. of the Eureka Mines company's holdings in the Tintic district have been of a nature to lea d the management and officials of-ficials to the conviction that they need no longer speak Tor the mine, because the mine will speak for itself. Jackson M'Chrystal, the mine manager, and E. V Griffiths, well-known mining man and a stockholder in the property, returned Wednesday night from an examination ex-amination of the mine. Mr. McChrystal gave out the Information Informa-tion tha t the winze from the 1200 level was done twenty-two and one-ha If feet in ore, the assay values of which show 27-5 ounces silver, 21 per cent lead and 31s per cent copper. This would seem to be good enough and It is, but the management man-agement intends to go further down and develop this ore at greater depth. Two cars of ore are on the dump awaiting shipment as soon as transportation conditions con-ditions are favorable and the output from the property, it is anticipated, will be regular with the opening of spring.
