Show BOYS RETURN FROM DANGEROUS JOURNEY Five Salt Lake Youths in Skiing Party to Brighton Are Caught and Held in Blizzard. Parents of five Salt Lake bovs breathed a sigh of relief last night when their sons returned safely from a skiing expedition to Brighton begun last Saturdav. The skiing partv was composed com-posed of Gilbert D. Movie," Edward L. Sheets, Jr., Ralph Jenkins, Victor Hall, Albert Mayers and Walter Jensen. When the trip was: begun the boys expected to return home last Wednesday, but were delayed on account of tne storm and were unable to communicate with their parents, because the telephone tele-phone line to Brighton was out of order. James H. Movie, father of the leader of the expedition, sent four men Wednesday morning to locate the boys and assist them to reach home. There was a great deal of uneasiness among the parents, because no word was received re-ceived from the party. The boys, however proved fully able to take care of themselves, and according accord-ing to reports exercised good judgment throughout the trip by remaining under cover daring the worst of the storm. According to their report, they suffered suf-fered very little from the severe weather and had a very enjoyable excursion. |
