Show TWO MEN HELD TO THE DISTRICT COURT Special to The Tribune, OGDEN. Nov. 1. Waiving their preliminary pre-liminary hearing, Chester Becraft and Blame Stone, charged with a statutory offense, were bound over by Judge George S. Barker today for trial in the district court. The bond in each case remained the same as heretofore. $1001). Becraft remained at liberty on the bond furnished a few days afler his arrest, but Stone was taken from the city jail and placed In the county jail pending the final trial The two young men are alleged to have atlernpled a criminal attack upon Nina Sinnney, in years of age, early on the morning of October 7 while she was on the way lo her home on Twenty-first street. Miss Shlnney is employed at a confectionery store and had worked until midnight. |
