Show HULL WILL SUBMIT REPORT TOMORROW Findings of Investigator of Inversion of Printing Work About Ready. Thomas Hull, engaged as special in-vostigator in-vostigator for the countv commissioners to probe slleced diversion of printing work from printers holding1 contracts, expects ex-pects to submit bis repor' to the commission com-mission tomorrow. Mr. lTull has completed com-pleted his iuvesticatiocs and is now preparing his report. It is understood t hat the report will outline that since the first of the present pres-ent year the purchases ot printed and office supplies under contracts have amounted to about half the purchases trade outside of contracts. Ho also will report that this failure to follow contract con-tract prices has resulted in the payment of higher prices by the county. Charles A. Weaver, county auditor, is said to have been responsible for the diversion di-version of purchases from tlie firms htddir.tr contracts, but he is resting on the contention that none of the printers holding contracts had ever qualified by tiling bonds. The county attorney has sustained his contention.
