W th the eoming of a new year and a new administration if it shJ be thought wise or neeessary to make changes m departments so far as this department s concerned, I hope t may not extend to the ranks I hope there will not be any changes during the win ter season 60 that men of families may stay here unt 1 spring shall have opened.
