Albert Smith, Vice President. F. M. Michelsen, Cashier. Message From the President to the Women of Utah No. 5. 1 have h"pn telling you a lot about PA.'EURIZAT ION your cniv ahsoluie gun rn nice of pure butter. 1 have called your attention atten-tion to the fa..-; that very tew creameries go to the expense of pasteurizing the cream tho use in nuking butter, and that we spend $;.'0.0je annually to give you this protection. 1 have told you o beware be-ware of the butter whose carton does not claim that Us content is "pnsteurizeii." ? Now, 1 want to give you a personal per-sonal invitation to visit our creamery cream-ery and see for yourself how the cream for our butt ers is pasteurized; pasteur-ized; how tr.e butter is made, formed into print and packed In the cartons without being touched hv hands. 1 want you to .see the ciean walls, floors . and ceilings ihroughout .our plant, which are pcrulihed and whitewashed each week. You will see how impossible impossi-ble it is for any cream or butter in our creamery to become contaminated, con-taminated, even to the slightest degree. Just as the creameries in all the states have followed our lead in putting up but ter in v. ax paper wrappings and cartons, so will they some dav pasteurize their cream ; some will wait until the law com-I com-I pels them to. Rvery time you buy a pound of unpasteurized butter you encourage tlie creamery that made it to be careless about protecting pro-tecting you against clangers. Tl)eir only reason for not pasteurizing is the fact that it costs half a cent a pound. Will you continue to support sup-port this neglect? Uook for the guarantee, "PA S-TEURIZLOD S-TEURIZLOD ORE A M K R V BUTTER," BUT-TER," on each package of butter von tmv. It has been and always will be on "Maid o' Clover," "Pour-in-One" and "Blanehard" Butters. Yotirs truly, W. F. JENSEN, President. Mutual Creamery Company. (Formerly Jensen Creamery Co.)
