Show WARNICK CASE TO FORE FOR MOMENT The Warnick case came to the fore for a moment in the house yesterday. Representative Rep-resentative George 1 Goodwin formally protested against tins right of Mr. War-nick War-nick to vote on the Sevy bill, then before the house, on the ground that Mr. War-nick War-nick was not entitled to a seat in the house or to vote on any matter pending in the house. Mr. Goodwin said that his protest was a formality in order that the record might be clear. The speaker directed that Sir. Goodwin's objection be noted, In tne minutes min-utes of the house. Mr. Warnick voted for the Sevy bill, despite the protest. |
