OCR Text	Show Divorce Is Granted. Special to Thu Tribune. OGDEN, Feb. 2f.. Jn the district court today Judge .7. A. Howell granted an Interlocutory decree of divorce to J. W. 'Slater in his suit against Elizabeth Slater. It was shown by the records "of the county cleric that Mrs. Slater married the plaintiff prior to the time she was entitled to a llnal docrco of divorce frxm her former husband. James Bowe, On this ground the cotirt decided that her marriage to Slater was null and void and that the contract should be can-tfcled.
